Team Projects Board

This is a Notions page that facilitates the Scrum method in project management. The database has 3 views for different purposes.

• The Quarter Goals view: Add all the goals you want to achieve for the quarter. Give it some context. Each goal can be broken down into tasks that are then assigned to sprints. The progress of each goal is tracked automatically based on the % of tasks accomplished.
• The Sprint Board by Task view: Track the progress of each task based on familiar stages like 'Not Started,' 'In Progress,' and 'Done.'
• The Sprint Board by Owner view: Track the progress of each teammate on tasks assigned to them.
